Where's my order?

The second your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a live tracking link. If you opted in to texts, you'll get it there too.

• Check your email first — search your inbox for your order number. The shipping confirmation has your tracking link.
• Use the Shop app — download the free Shop app and sign in with the email you ordered with. Every Lean Bean order tracks automatically, in real time.
• Multiple boxes? Some orders ship in separate packages from separate warehouses, each with its own tracking number. They don't always arrive the same day.

Tracking not updating, or something looks stuck? Contact us with your order number and we'll chase it down for you.
